An early 20th century Natural Opal & Diamond Halo Cluster Ring, the oval cabochon cut opal in a milgrain rub-over setting within a halo surround of twelve glittering brilliant-cut white diamonds, mounted in platinum, in a daisy head design, to platinum shoulders and an 18ct yellow gold band.
The central blue-hued opal is a spectacular example with flashes of reds, blues and greens
The opal measures approximately 10.2mm x 8.3mm x 2.5mm with an estimated weight of 0.77ct
The diamonds are beautiful white stones with an estimated combined weight of 0.72ct
