At Ellibelle Jewellery we stand behind every item we sell with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and are confident that your jewellery purchase will exceed your expectations.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 Day, Full Money-Back Guarantee on all purchases.

UK Returns:

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to let us know of your intention to return the item/s.

Please return your item via Royal Mail guaranteed special delivery to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund. 

Once a ring has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return. This is also applicable to rings that we have resized on your behalf before shipping.

All of our jewellery has been thoroughly checked over by a professional goldsmith prior to being listed on our website and we are not responsible for the loss of gemstones or any damages that may occur after purchase. However in the unfortunate event that this does happen please feel free to get in touch and we will of course always endeavour to do our very to best to help repair/replace your item. Please note, we do not offer compensation for any repairs or work carried out by third parties.

Items purchased via payment plans are not eligible for return. Read the full terms and conditions about payment plans here.

Once processed, Digital Insurance Valuations are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

International Returns:

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to let us know of your intention to return the item/s.

We strongly recommend that you return the item/s via DHL Express International as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.

Please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional charges. 

As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.

Any import fees incurred by Ellibelle Jewellery due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from the customer's refund. If you have any questions we are happy to help you with this. 

Returns or credits will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of item(s).

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK.

Once processed, Digital Insurance Valuations are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please note: For orders placed outside the UK and EU, refunds will be issued less any unrecoverable payment processing and/or currency conversion fees charged by our payment providers. These fees are not returned to us and therefore cannot be reclaimed. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the full order value as store credit, which avoids any deductions.
