I received my beautiful emerald ring today and it is beautiful. The diamonds are so sparkly and the emerald is a deep stunning green as pictured. It’s a treasure. Service was great too very responsive and answered all of my questions. The packaging is gorgeous too.

I bought a Ruby/diamond cluster ring from Ellibelle and am so so pleased with my ring. I had it resized and coated in white gold and Ellie’s service from start to finish was professional, helpful and incredibly prompt.

Ring arrived very quickly, exactly as described and very well packaged. I love it. It’s just a shame that the company won’t resize rings before sending out and still allow returns. That is the only way their service could be improved as I now have a ring I love but that is too small.. which it was always going to be as it’s a super tiny size, doesn’t even fit my skinny 19 year old. But I took it to a local jeweller I trust yesterday who verified what I had bought and said he can definitely resize the ring easily for me so I’m having him resize it to avoid the inconvenience and worry of posting it back to Ellibelle. Would I use Ellibelle again? Yes, probably but I would say yes definitely if resizing before dispatch and returns were allowed!
