Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. We ship out all orders in a plain mailing bag to ensure that delivery is discreet.

Do you have somewhere I can see the rings in person?
We operate exclusively online and do not have any physical viewing facilities. However, we do offer a simple 14-day returns policy. This way, you can order the item/s you love and have the option to return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.
Can you reserve an item for me?
Yes. We are happy to hold items over £500 in value in reserve for up to 3 months. To reserve an item we take an upfront, non-refundable deposit of 25%. You decide when to pay the remaining balance anytime within 3 months and we'll ship your item immediately afterwards. Do you offer payment plans?
We can arrange a flexible interest-free payment plan for any piece you wish to purchase over a number of weeks or months. We take a non-refundable deposit of 10-20% depending on the value of the item and the length of the layway, and agree on a payment schedule for the remainder. If you cancel the layaway before completing the purchase then we would refund everything minus the deposit.
Items purchased via payment plans will only be shipped once the full balance has been paid. These plans are offered by Ellibelle Jewellery as a gesture of support for our customers, and are popular particularly when making a more considered purchase.
A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to put an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.

How is my payment secured?
All card payments are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) which keeps your details safe and secure. We don't ever have access to your Credit or Debit card details.

Does my order come boxed?
All jewellery bought through our website will come beautifully gift wrapped in a signature Ellibelle Jewellery velvet ring box together with a handwritten information booklet about your purchase and care guide and a free polishing cloth this will all come neatly presented in a branded matt black gift box with ribbon bow.
I've bought the wrong ring size!
If you have purchased a ring that doesn't fit you, there's no need to worry. You can easily order one of our handy ring sizer tools to determine the correct size you need. Once you have the size, simply contact us to arrange the return of the ring for resizing.
The resizing service usually costs £50 (subject to number of sizes), which includes the cost of return postage. It typically takes around 7-10 business days to complete.
In the rare circumstance that the ring cannot be resized or if you decide to return it, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
