Shipping policy

All UK orders are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and should arrive on the next working day once dispatched.

We are also pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. International delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location and any customs processing in the destination country.

Your jewellery will be fully insured during transit, so you can be assured of its security, and a signature will be required on delivery.

United States Orders

For customers in the United States, we pay the main international import tariffs and duties on your behalf, so there are no surprise international duty charges on delivery.

We ship to the US regularly using fast, secure and fully insured delivery, so your order is in very safe hands.

Please note that some US states may apply a small additional local tax or fee on delivery, usually around $40–$80. These charges are set locally and are outside our control, so we are unable to cover them. If US Customs or the courier contacts you regarding your delivery, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

International Orders Outside the United States

For orders shipped outside the UK and US, please be aware that you may need to pay import duty, customs charges and/or local taxes on delivery. Rates vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure.

We do not charge UK VAT or tax on any orders.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us within 14 days for a refund, provided it is returned unworn, unaltered and in its original condition.

For US returns, your refund will be issued minus the import tariffs and duty costs paid by us on your behalf: 10% for antique jewellery over 100 years old, and 15.5% for vintage or modern jewellery under 100 years old.

Resized, altered or specially adjusted rings are not eligible for return unless faulty.
