We ship out all orders in a plain outer cardboard box to ensure that delivery is discreet. 

All UK orders are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and will arrive on the next working day.

We are also pleased to offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders. Delivery will usually be within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

Your jewellery will be fully insured during transit so you can be assured of its security, and your signature will be required on receipt.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your jewellery - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We ship all orders in a plain box to ensure delivery is discreet. Inside, your jewellery will be beautifully presented in our signature Ellibelle Jewellery packaging.

I don’t know my ring size — what should I do?

This is the best way to check your size at home before ordering, especially if you are purchasing from outside the UK.

Do you have somewhere I can see the rings in person?

We operate exclusively online and do not have physical viewing facilities.

However, we offer a simple 14-day returns policy, so you can order the piece you love and have the option to return it if it is not quite right, provided it is returned unworn, unaltered and in its original condition.

Please note that resized or altered rings are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Can you reserve an item for me?

Yes. We are happy to hold items over £500 in value in reserve for up to 3 months.

To reserve an item, we take an upfront, non-refundable deposit of 25%. You can then pay the remaining balance at any time within 3 months, and we will ship your item once the balance has been paid in full.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We can arrange a flexible interest-free payment plan for any piece you wish to purchase over a number of weeks or months.

We take a non-refundable deposit of 10–20%, depending on the value of the item and the length of the layaway, and agree a payment schedule for the remainder. If you cancel the layaway before completing the purchase, we will refund any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Items purchased via payment plans will only be shipped once the full balance has been paid.

A layaway is not a loan, nor is it a form of credit. A credit check is not required to place an item on layaway, and missing a payment will not affect your credit score.

How is my payment secured?

All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. We never have access to your credit or debit card details.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, your payment will be processed securely through PayPal.

Does my order come boxed?

Yes. All jewellery purchased through our website comes beautifully gift wrapped in a signature Ellibelle Jewellery velvet ring box.

Your order will also include a handwritten information booklet about your purchase, a jewellery care guide and a complimentary polishing cloth, all neatly presented in a branded matt black gift box with ribbon.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We regularly ship to customers across the United States using fast, secure and fully insured delivery.

For US customers, Ellibelle Jewellery pays the main international import tariffs and duties on your behalf, so there are no surprise international duty charges on delivery.

Please note that some US states may apply a small additional local tax or fee on delivery, usually around $40–$80. These charges are set locally and are outside our control, so we are unable to cover them.

If US Customs or the courier contacts you regarding your delivery, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For UK customers, there are no import duties to pay.

For US customers, Ellibelle Jewellery pays the main international import tariffs and duties on your behalf.

For customers outside the UK and US, import duties, customs charges and/or local taxes may be payable on delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure.

Can I return an order from the United States?

Yes. US customers can return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unaltered and returned in its original condition.

For US returns, your refund will be issued minus the import tariff and duty costs paid by us on your behalf:

Antique jewellery over 100 years old: 10% deduction
Vintage and modern jewellery under 100 years old: 15.5% deduction

Any additional state-level taxes, local charges, courier fees or customs-related charges paid by the customer are also non-refundable.

I’ve bought the wrong ring size — what should I do?

If you have purchased a ring that does not fit, please get in touch and we can advise whether resizing is possible.

Our resizing service usually costs between £75–£120, depending on the number of sizes required and the style of the ring. This includes return postage within the UK. Resizing typically takes around 7–10 working days.

If the ring cannot be resized, or if you decide to return it instead, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note that once a ring has been resized or altered, it is no longer eligible for return unless faulty.
