Love my ring. Looks even better in person than on the website. Exactly what I was after.

Where do I start... First of all I now have one happy fiancee who is absolutely obsessed with the ring. It is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. The process was so easy and accommodating. I needed the ring to be delivered on a specific date to ensure it is received without spoiling the surprise and Bella was very accommodating in making this happen. Could not be happier!

My partner and I endured three failed cycles of IVF before falling with our beautiful daughter, who was born two weeks early on 30th April, making her a diamond baby.

I went in search of an engagement ring that combined diamonds with my partners birthstone (Zircon - December). I stumbled across Ellibelle, who had an absolutely gorgeous antique (Circa 1920s) ring, which was unfortunately above my budget.

I continued to save for a few months until I was lucky enough that it went into their sale. I contacted Ellibelle and explained the significance of the ring and why I had chosen it, but that I couldn't afford it yet. Bella was so polite and helpful, and very kindly offered to hold the ring (at sale price) with a 10% deposit, until such a time that I could afford to purchase it in full.

Bella liaised with their jeweller to determine what size the ring would be if it had its sizing beads removed from the band. It turned out that it was my partners exact size, it was meant to be! Bella even arranged for some photos to be sent of the ring being sized, before and after the work was carried out. The sizing beads were removed impeccably (you can't even tell it used to have them) and delivery was scheduled for a day I knew my partner was out the house.

I proposed on the morning of my partners first ever Mothers Day, which was accepted through some very happy tears. Its a moment we'll remember forever.
When I opened the ring-box, the ring made her audibly gasp.

The level of personal service and care that Bella provided from start to finish was absolutely incredible, I really can't thank her enough. If you're looking for beautiful one-off pieces and a customer experience miles above that of the high-street, I honestly cannot recommend Ellibelle enough.

Well, where do I start? My eldest daughter coming up to 40 wanted money for a special ring…she sent me a link from Ellebelle saying this is the one!
